It’s been a long time since we’ve seen Lego, the company that makes games, toys and accessories for kids, in the mainstream.
But Lego’s latest foray into video games is taking a new turn.
Lego has partnered with Activision Blizzard, makers of Destiny, to make a competitive Lego building game called Lego Battle Royale.
The game features online gameplay, and Lego will also sell bricks for the game, which will be available in July.
There’s currently no word on a release date.
(The game has a launch window of March 2.)
Lego Battle Royale is set to launch exclusively for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and it will be exclusive to the PlayStation Store.
It will have a price of $29.99 for both platforms, and there’s no word yet on how many pieces players will need to build their own set of Lego heroes.
